Paige began her career in Dallas, Texas, supporting high-net-worth clients and financial advisors in Fidelity Investments’ non-profit donor-advised funds. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2015, she began working with a biotechnology start-up where she implemented a logistics strategy for technology builds and contract/facility management.
Technology and facility buildouts deepened her knowledge of facility operations and cannabis manufacturing in multiple marketplaces: San Jose, Oregon, and Los Angeles County. She then played a crucial role in four cannabis manufacturing operations while closely monitoring the changing political landscape. Her work led one company’s transition into the cannabis legal market, culminating in successfully procuring a license in the County of LA in 2018 in partnership with EKA. Paige now supports clients in Los Angeles and surrounding areas with regulatory licensing, permitting, and pre-construction approvals. She tracks policy and works with clients to make informed strategic decisions tailored to each City, County, and State process.
In addition to cannabis licensing, Paige’s land-use experience extends to commercial and residential developments, including mixed-use affordable housing, tenant improvements, and cannabis facility renovations and upgrades.
Paige holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in Theatre Studies and Black Critical Theory. She serves on the board of Flat Tire Theatre Company, a young LA-based theatre company, and is a member of the Leadership Council for the Downtown Women’s Center.
