The applicant utilized an Off-menu Density Bonus to achieve increased density and height, which was essential given the project’s location on a multi-directional slope. Three6ixty assisted the client with strategic neighborhood outreach, which is always important in a sensitive neighborhood with a mix of uses such as Silver Lake. Our firm also oversaw the completion of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for CEQA review. Three6ixty managed this project through planning entitlements, design review, City Planning Commission approval, clarifications, and final construction permits.

Bloomberg Quint: Dodgers Co-Owner Takes Stake in Beverly Hilton Hotel

EKA founding partner Harvey Englander is quoted in a new Bloomberg Quint article entitled “Dodgers Co-Owner Takes Stake in Beverly Hilton Hotel”:

Boehly’s firm acquired the interest from Beny Alagem’s Oasis West Realty LLC, said Harvey Englander, a spokesman for Oasis. Alagem first bought a stake owned by 54 Madison Partners, Englander said. The sale values the complex at $1.2 billion, with Cain International — owned by Eldridge Industries, a private investment firm co-founded by Boehly — investing $345 million and assuming debt associated with the property, according to a person with knowledge of the deal.

Steve’s 25 years in Law Enforcement along with over 20 years in the labor field will enhance Englander Knabe and Allen’s already strong position working in the public safety arena.  Steve was one of the longest serving union presidents, leading the Long Beach Police Officers Association for 17 years.

During that tenure, Steve developed a strong expertise in the fields of public safety equipment, contract negotiations, medical insurance, retirement plans, deferred compensation plans, government affairs, political campaigns, police management, and labor relations.
