Three6ixty led the recent entitlement approval of a 129-unit multi-family project in a transit-rich neighborhood of West Los Angeles. The Project fulfills the Citywide goal of adding market rate and affordable housing units close to public transit while providing a vibrant architectural vision for the area. Construction is anticipated to begin this year.
