Washington Post: How Samsung moved beyond its exploding phones

Englander Knabe & Allen partner Eric Rose is quoted in Washington Post’s coverage of the Samsung exploding phone public relations disaster:

“Samsung was justifiably criticized for being slow with a clear procedure for how and when the faulty phones would be replaced. But it also did something remarkable: They found a way to replace the phones quickly,” said crisis communications expert Eric Rose of the Los Angeles public relations firm Englander Knabe & Allen.
