Three6ixty led the recent entitlement approval of Two Bit Circus, a new “micro-amusement” park that will bring technology, gaming and dining together under one roof in the Arts District. The circus involves the conversion of an existing warehouse into a hybrid use that includes offices for the Two Bit Circus foundation and public arcade with a robot bartender, virtual reality lounges, and a theatrical supper club. With expedited processing and recent approval, Two Bit Circus is anticipated to open in 2018.
