    Gina is a seasoned public affairs expert and experienced real estate professional. She has provided strategic counsel and external and internal communications advice to technology, transportation, infrastructure, and real estate development companies within Los Angeles City and County.

    She has advised developers, institutions, individuals, and for-profit and non-profit corporations concerning all aspects of the real estate brokerage business and has represented clients on real estate transactions, land use entitlements, government approvals, and public contracts. She has also provided community affairs consulting services.

    Gina also previously served as the Northern California acquisition and entitlement manager at one of the largest real estate development companies in the United States, where she managed the creation of the development proposal for the Concord Naval Weapons Station. There, she gained extensive experience researching legal issues on CEQA, conducting market research and analysis for land acquisitions, and in the entitlement and due diligence process for large mixed-use developments. Gina’s strong foundation in real estate compliance stems from her work conducting legal research and investigations related to real estate fraud for the Real Estate Fraud Division of the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.

    Gina is currently on the Steering Committee of the Rautenberg New Leaders Project (NLP), a leadership program through the Jewish Federation that focuses on training young civic leaders; is a member of Chief, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders; serves on the Downtown Works Board of Directors, Central City Association’s sister non-profit; and serves on the Board of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. Gina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law. Gina is an active member of the State Bar of California.
