Tina Choi from EKA has long been engaged as an integral part of the growth of La Terra Development Company. Tina has deftly lead the navigation for complex entitlement and development projects, closely synchronized with LaTerra’s experienced development team. The contacts have been invaluable, helping us with expeditious project and plans review, as well as Code modifications and variances where applicable, and have led to significant time/cost savings to our development projects.
