Multiple overlays are always a challenge. Branded as “Fig & Fifty Walk,” this project comprises 29 townhomes at the intersection of Figueroa Street and Avenue 50 in Highland Park and is located in a Specific Plan as well as a Historic Preservation Overlay Zone. The applicant also proposed a Tentative Tract Map to combine the assembled lots and divide them for individual home ownership. Three6ixty assisted with strategic neighborhood outreach and oversaw the completion of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for CEQA review. The project was approved in January 2015 and the first phase is complete and currently on the market.
