With 220 boutique guest rooms, a 2,275-square foot ground floor restaurant, and a rooftop pool deck and lounge with iconic views of Hollywood, The Godfrey Hotel Hollywood is currently under construction.

EKA led entitlement process for a new mixed-use ocean-front hotel in the City of Hermosa Beach. Operated by Provenance, Strand & Pier will be the ultimate in location and luxury. The 100-room boutique hotel hosts over 22,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant and retail space located at the vibrant intersection of Pier Avenue and The Strand.
