Opportunities for large-scale developments are quickly disappearing in Los Angeles, so we’re excited when one with so much potential comes along. This Lincoln Heights project proposed an ambitious 372 live-work units, five separate buildings, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and 30,000 square feet of creative office space. All parking will be located underground, providing a pedestrian-friendly campus with nearly 1.5 acres of publicly accessible open space. This project was approved in August 2017.
