Providing quality housing for our urban seniors is a dire need in Los Angeles, and this project serves as an exemplar of this effort. The Jewish Home at 8070 Beverly Boulevard will include 80 independent living/assisted living units, 20 memory care units, an 11,000-square-foot P.A.C.E. facility, and a 5,000-square-foot synagogue, which is currently located on the project site. The project utilized the Eldercare Facility Unified Permit to achieve increased height, density, and parking allowances, and proposed a Tentative Tract Map to unify the assembled lots and divide the various uses of the building for ease of management. Three6ixty guided the client through an extensive neighborhood outreach process and received resounding approval from the local Mid-City West Neighborhood Council. The project was approved in August 2017.
